Art & Design

Welcome to the Art & Design department at Roding Valley High School. The Art Department is situated in the new block next to the mezzanine suite and includes 3 large classrooms, a separate gallery space, photographic darkroom, kilns and access to a number of laptop computers. The department is currently run by Mr Parry (Head of Art), Mr Baidoo (Teacher of Art & Design), Mrs Rahman-Rice (Teacher of Art & Photography) and two wonderful technicians, Caroline and Peter.

Our Art Department provides plenty of space and facilities for all the students to enjoy, including after school Art & Pottery Clubs each week. GCSE Art & Photography students are also welcome to attend workshop sessions during break, lunch and after-school to assist them with their work.
