Welcome to the Roding Valley High School website.

 We are currently in the process of updating this website and will be looking to launch our new website soon. In the meantime, we will continue to put out information through parentmail and any urgent information (such as school closure due to weather) will be displayed on this page.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself formally as the new Headteacher of Roding Valley High School. It is an honour to be appointed to this post and I am looking forward to working with students, parents, staff, governors and the local community to ensure that the school provides the highest standards of education for every student.

My top priority is to ensure that every student achieves the grades and levels of attainment that they are capable of and that every student aspires to excellence in everything they do. The school will continue to strive to provide a learning environment where students feel safe, supported and happy to learn. At Roding Valley High School, we believe that students will achieve their very best when they learn in an environment that supports them and nurtures their talents whilst constantly challenging them to excel. We have high expectations of our students to aspire to excellence and this is underpinned by our traditional values of community, discipline and showing courtesy and respect to everyone involved with the school.
